Perfect Dose is designed to protect your privacy. We collect minimal data and never store personal health information.

1. Data We Collect
Perfect Dose collects usage analytics only. We do not collect:
- Names
- Birthdates
- Health records
- Email addresses (unless you contact support)
- Any other personally identifiable information
Our analytics are limited to aggregate usage patterns such as which medications are queried and approximate age ranges. No child-specific or health-identifying data is collected or stored on our servers.
2. No PHI Storage
All dose calculations are performed client-side in your browser. No health data — including weight, age, or medication selections — is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

4. No Third-Party Data Sharing for Advertising
We do not share any data with third parties for advertising purposes. We do not run third-party advertisements and do not sell or share any user data with data brokers, advertisers, or analytics companies outside of our basic service operation.
5. Payment Data
If you purchase a subscription, your payment data is handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number, bank account details, or billing address. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
For free-tier users: all data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage only. We do not maintain any server-side record of your usage. You can clear localStorage at any time from your browser settings, which will remove all locally stored data.
If you contact our support team, we may retain a record of that correspondence for up to 2 years for customer service purposes.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request deletion of any data we hold about you (contact support@polsia.app)
- Clear all locally stored data from your browser at any time
- Opt out of anonymous analytics by disabling JavaScript (note: this will also disable the app)
We do not sell your data to anyone, for any purpose.
8. Children's Privacy
Perfect Dose is designed for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information about a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@polsia.app and we will promptly delete it.
